Stella Reid
+ REGISTERED NURSE
+ MENOPAUSE SPECIALIST
+ WOMEN’S HEALTH ADVOCATE
+ 34 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Stella brings heart, humor, and over three decades of nursing expertise to her work at MMM. A graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she spent 34 years in high-risk Labor & Delivery caring for women in some of life’s most intense and meaningful moments.
She’s also a mother of four (including twins!) and lived through the chaos of raising teenagers while navigating the rollercoaster of perimenopause and menopause. Like many women, she felt overwhelmed, confused, and often wondered, “Am I going crazy?” That personal experience is exactly what inspired her mission: to help women understand what’s happening in their bodies and feel less alone.
At MMM, Stella’s vision is clear: To provide evidence-based care, relief, and real answers in a positive, welcoming environment. To shift the outdated belief that women just have to “get through it.” The mood swings, brain fog, sleep struggles, and changes in relationships and energy – all of it is real, and none of it should be brushed off.
Stella and Dr. Mathia are walking through menopause, too. They’ve faced the symptoms, the questions, and the gaps in care – and together, they’ve searched for better solutions. They’re passionate about sharing what they’ve learned and inviting patients into a journey of healthy, empowered aging. They believe women deserve options, support, and the ability to feel good again, not just survive this chapter, but thrive in it.
