All treatments start with a 50-minute comprehensive consultation resulting in a personalized care plan for you.

Hormonal Treatment Options

All treatments are tailored to your symptoms, your body, and your goals.

Evidence-Based Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

We offer hormone replacement therapy (HRT) grounded in the latest medical research and personalized to your needs.

Options may include:

  • Estradiol – a form of estrogen that supports mood, sleep, and temperature regulation

  • Progesterone – used alongside estrogen to protect the uterus and support balance

  • Testosterone – for energy, libido, and muscle support (when appropriate)
  • Compounded HRT – optional custom formulas from reputable compounding pharmacies when needed

Non-Hormonal Treatment Options

Lifestyle Adjustments

Small lifestyle changes can make a big difference in how you feel. We’ll help you build realistic, sustainable habits that support your body through this transition, including:

  • Safe and appropriate exercise – tailored to your energy levels, bone health, and muscle support

  • Nourishing dietary changes – to reduce inflammation, support hormones, and boost overall wellbeing

  • Stress and sleep support – because rest and recovery are just as important as movement

These adjustments aren’t about doing more. They’re about doing what works for you right now.

Supportive Supplements

In addition to medical treatment, certain over-the-counter supplements can help support your body’s changing needs during perimenopause and menopause. We may recommend:

  • Fiber – for gut health, digestion, and blood sugar balance

  • Protein – to support muscle strength, metabolism, and energy

  • Vitamin D + K – for bone health, immune support, and calcium absorption

  • Prebiotics & Probiotics – to nourish your gut microbiome and support digestion, mood, and immunity

We’ll guide you on quality brands, proper dosing, and how to incorporate these safely into your routine.

Physical Therapy

Menopause can bring changes to muscles, joints, and pelvic health. Physical therapy can play a key role in helping you feel strong, stable, and comfortable in your body. We may recommend:

  • Pelvic floor therapy – to support bladder control, sexual health, and core strength

  • Joint and muscle therapy – to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore balance

  • Bone-strengthening exercises – to help protect against bone loss and support long-term strength

We will refer you to a reputable physical therapy clinic, for a gentle, effective therapy plan, tailored to your body’s needs.

Other Medications

Depending on your symptoms, we may recommend other prescription treatments that can offer relief and support, including:

  • Non-hormonal options for hot flashes and night sweats, like Veozah (fezolinetant), SSRI medications, or Gabapentin

  • Medications to support mood, sleep, or anxiety

  • Bone health treatments to help prevent bone loss

  • Topical treatments for vaginal or urinary symptoms

We’ll walk you through all your options so you can feel confident in your care.

Treatment FAQs

Yes, when used correctly, HRT (hormone replacement therapy) is safe for most people.

We use evidence-based treatments, carefully tailored to your individual health, age, and symptoms. For many women, HRT not only helps relieve symptoms like hot flashes, sleep issues, and mood changes. It can also support long-term health when started at the right time.

That said, HRT isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’ll talk through your personal risks and benefits, so you can make an informed decision that feels right for you.

Most insurance plans cover lab work and standard prescriptions. However, compounded medications may not be covered, so we’ll discuss any potential out-of-pocket costs with you ahead of time.

During your 15-minute follow-up call, our team will check in on how you’re feeling – the positives, any ongoing challenges, and everything in between. You can expect:

  • A full review of your symptoms and progress
  • Dose adjustments if needed
  • Discussion of any new or additional treatment options
  • Guidance on your current regimen
  • Support around what to expect next

It’s all about making sure your care continues to feel right for you.

If you’re experiencing new symptoms after your original consult, or you’re interested in exploring alternatives to your original personalized plan, we can discuss a range of new options.

Additional follow-up appointments are available in two options:

  • 15 minutes, $130
  • 30 minutes, $260

Book a follow up appointment and we’ll work together to address your new symptoms and find what feels right for you, now.
